Do I Need Private Pilates Sessions in Long Beach?

In short, it depends.

Private training can be incredibly beneficial under certain circumstances. Here are some scenarios to consider.

New To Pilates

You are new to Pilates. What is all this crazy equipment? How did you want me to breathe? What was that cue again? Yes, there’s a learning curve involved in getting familiarized with the Pilates Method and taking the time to get one on one instruction can be very helpful in the process.

Injury/ Surgery Recovery

You are recovering from a specific injury or surgery. You may have finished your physical therapy sessions and your doctor says you are ready to start building more strength and mobility, but you’re feeling unsure and somewhat insecure. Working one on one with an instructor who has the knowledge and experience to guide you through a movement experience that will strengthen your confidence and trust in your own body will reap huge benefits for you in the long run.

Stress Management

You deal with a lot of stress in your daily life and need the space to reconnect with yourself and you don’t want any distractions. Different people have different personalities and needs. You may be the type of person who already interacts with a lot of people daily and you want your Pilates time to be your “only me” time. Private sessions are customized to your needs exclusively and your instructor will be able to gauge your energy level, focus, and needs on any given day to deliver the right workout for you.

Scheduling Challenges

Your schedule is super chaotic and changes from week to week and sometimes even day to day. Private training allows for the most scheduling flexibility. And at a studio like Vero Pilates, we are able to accommodate a variety of times of the day and week with different team members to make sure you always get your session in.

You simply enjoy the extra attention. Yep, it’s a super valid reason. Some of us just like having that detailed attention and care that one on one training provides. No shame in that.

Sign up for our New Member Journey which includes three private 50 min intro sessions to get you started with your Pilates practice. Schedule a FREE consultation call today! We can’t wait to speak with you.
