We have had the pleasure of welcoming Anula to our studio both in 2018 and 2019. She has taught multiple workshops, masterclasses using a rotation of all the equipment, as well as private and duet sessions at our studio. Working with Anula is always a refreshing experience. She is not afraid to ask the difficult questions and do the investigative work they lead to. Exercises are turned upside down and inside out to understand the potential within each one and how they can be applied to invididual clients’ needs. Not only were these wonderful learning experiences for Pilates instructors, but several of our studio’s clients also enjoyed attending masterclasses where they were able to go more in depth in their Pilates practice.
