Happy Hour Pilates

Coming in November 2025!

We are excited to add a new offering during the quieter times of the day at our studio. Happy Hour classes are taught in the same semi-private format with a maximum of 4 participants as our regularly programmed classes are known for. These classes will also make use of a wide variety of equipment and will be taught by our knowledgeable and comprehensively certified team of instructors.
