Duet Training

Duet Pilates sessions at Vero Pilates are a wonderful option for those looking to partner with a friend or family member for their workouts. Attending sessions with a friend is a great way to boost your motivation for showing up consistently. Not only does it help provide positive accountability, but it’s also fun to set goals together, cheer each other on, and progress together. 

 

These 55 min sessions with your instructor will be scheduled around your and your partner’s availability. Many couples have even found their duet Pilates sessions to be an uplifting option for their weekly dates!

Intro & Evaluation Session - 75 min Private Session

Required for all new clients. These sessions are designed to help us thoroughly assess your individual needs and make a recommendation for your program moving forward. 

60 min of movement + 15 min discussion with your instructor

12 Month Membership - 8 sessions/month

$544/month per person
