We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced Pilates instructor to join our talented team in a full-time position.

Basic requirements:

  • Be fully certified including all apparatus and props
  • Be available to cover later afternoon/evening shifts as well as one weekend day per week
  • Be willing to sub for colleagues when needed
  • Be comfortable teaching both private clients as well as group sessions in person as well as virtually via Zoom
  • Have an acceptable level of competency with basic computer skills, the use of booking software, email communications, social media, etc.
  • Feel enthusiastic about the prospect of building a full-time schedule at our studio (min. of 20 teaching hours weekly required in addition to basic studio and administrative tasks)
  • Be willing to follow studio systems and procedures
  • Be comfortable working under the direction of a Studio Manager
  • Be adaptable and willing to go with the flow as circumstances change due to the ongoing pandemic regulations

Preferred qualifications:

  • Have at least three years of teaching experience in a similar boutique studio environment
  • Have CPR training
  • Feel comfortable working with clients who are recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic conditions
  • Be an excellent communicator both with clients as well as with management and colleagues
  • Have a passion for coaching clients above and beyond their hour of instruction
  • Want to create a long term relationship with our studio and clientele
  • Be willing to create video on demand programming and feel comfortable filming content
  • Have experience using software like WellnessLiving or MindBodyOnline

Customer Services Associate

Our expert team of instructors has helped hundreds of clients over the years reach their individual fitness and wellness goals. Role and Responsibilities

Supervisor: Studio Manager


Manage Leads

  • Prepare and update welcome folders for consultations
  • Follow up via phone, text, and email as well as tracking of prospects 
  • Hand write and mail  “Welcome” cards to all new members after they sign up for a membership

Customer Service

  • Warmly welcome clients and visitors
  • Check clients in for their visits
  • Hand write “Get Well” or “Sympathy”  cards to members when appropriate
  • Assist in creating satisfaction surveys every 6 months
  • Answer phone/return calls, return emails within 24 hours of receipt
  • Assist members with billing, refunds, scheduling, memberships, etc upon request
  • Escalate urgent matters to studio manager

Office Support

  • WellnessLiving Software Support
    • Consistently looking at schedule to increase studio efficiency 
    • Update/Add/Change class schedule and teacher schedules upon request
  • Print, replenish, and file all studio forms and paperwork as needed
  • Inventory
    • Track inventory of all merchandise and office materials
    • Order replenishment as needed. All orders must be approved prior to purchase 
  • Video On Demand platform on WellnessLiving
    • Editing and uploading recorded material
  • Creation of monthly accountability calendar
  • Run errands as needed (infrequently)
  • Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified


  • Send daily updates to studio manager with details of tasks completed
  • Maintain effective communication with co-workers, Management, and clients at all times.

Photographs / videos

  • Assist with social media posting. Capture photos/videos/lives every week.
  • Store videos and photos on shared drive

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Keep the studio and reception areas tidy and presentable at all times; organize small props; wipe down tracks of equipment; replenish supplies as needed

Special Events

  • Assistance with planning special events as needed
  • Attend and support studio events as needed, ie. Client Appreciation, Pilates Day, etc.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
  • Must have strong computer skills. Will need to become an expert using WellnessLiving software
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Highly organized and attention to detail 
  • Must be upbeat, professional and courteous
  • Resourceful, self-starter, with a willingness to seek out information/solutions where needed
  • Profound time management skills
  • Ability and desire to multitask and prioritize multiple duties and deadlines
  • Be honest and reliable
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to effectively handle stress and pressure consistent with the job duties and industry
  • Must hold valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ year college degree
  • Experience with WellnessLiving or similar client management software


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

This position will work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the business and to complete necessary job duties. May include work during days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
