    Pilates is a method of exercise that emphasizes quality over quantity. Essentially, it is not necessarily about the repetition of the exercises as it is about the precision with which each exercise is executed. Performing each exercise with an individual's complete attention is how participants are able to yield significant results in a relatively short period of time compared to other forms of exercise.

I've been interested in trying Pilates for years. I finally decided to give it a try because I was going on a year with Achilles Tendon pain. Thanks to Pilates, I am pain free, now. I really enjoy the work-outs; they are fantastic. I am building strength and flexibility I never thought possible. If you are thinking of trying Pilates - do it and do it at Vero Pilates. They are great!

I can't say enough positive things about this studio. It is the first place I have ever been where I actually look forward to working out. I have been going here since I believe February 2013, and love it. Every time I come, it is a different experience. Veronica knows more about what I need to work on than I do. Seriously, if you have a hard time sticking to any program, give this place a try. My body has definitely changed and I'm slowly losing weight. More than anything though, I really feel better. I recommend this to everyone who ever has a complaint about their bodies. Pilates is a great way to strengthen your body in all the places where we lack.

I started taking classes at Vero Pilates recently & LOVE it. Veronica is such a great instructor. She has a very calming voice & really helps her students with each stretch & motion. She really takes the time to make sure she understands each person individually. The class is paced according to her students. I walk out of each class feeling so relaxed & tall. =) I really pay attention as to how I walk, sit & stand now. I recommend all my friends & family to visit Vero Pilates!!!
